About the Role
As a Camp Manager, you will oversee the entire surf camp operation, ensuring seamless daily management and a high-quality guest experience.
✅ Location: Weligama, Sri Lanka & Bali, Indonesia
✅ Position: Full-time, on-site
✅ Experience Required: Prior experience as a Camp Manager or Operations Manager in the hotel or surf camp industry
Key Responsibilities
