Full Time + Freelance Reformer Pilates roles

I'm opening a new studio in Jumeriah Village Circle, Dubai, UAE. I'm looking for two full time instructors and some freelance instructors.

Qualifications

• Certified Reformer Pilates
  instructor
  Strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Must speak fluent English

Job Requirements:

• Between 18-22 teaching hours a week
• 35 hours in the studio (full-time)
• Enthusiastic, motivating, and able to inspire others
• Ability to provide guidance on proper techniques, alignment, and safety while using equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective Reformer

Pilates classes

• Tailor sessions to meet individual needs from beginners to advanced participants, including those with injuries, pregnancies- post and pre natal.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants
• Provide guidance on proper techniques and alignment
• Stay updated with the latest techniques and trends in Pilates
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space
