Head Yoga Teacher & Manager

Blue Chitta is looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Yoga Teacher & Manager to lead our yoga department across 3 locations on the island of Koh Tao. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone passionate about yoga, community, and conscious living.

As our Head Yoga Teacher & Manager, you’ll be the heart of our yoga offering—leading classes, managing operations, building community, and ensuring our team and guests have a meaningful and transformative experience.

💰 What We Offer:

• Monthly salary + commission on sales
• 48h/week (average: 6h management, 2h teaching daily)
• 1 day off/week
• Visa support after successful trial period

✨ Your Role Will Include:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga & Teaching

• Teach daily yoga classes and occasional workshops (approx. 2h/day)
• Maintain high-quality classes aligned with Blue Chitta standards
• Promote yoga offerings across social platforms and in person

🧘‍♀️ Team Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise in-house and freelance yoga teachers
• Coordinate guest teachers, retreats, and TTCs
• Oversee the Karma Yogi Program
• Lead weekly yoga department meetings
• Liaise with other departments (dorms, reception, admin, freediving, etc.)

🧘‍♀️ Operations & Marketing

• Manage yoga schedules, shalas, boutique stock, and supplies
• Ensure spaces are clean, welcoming, and fully stocked
• Support marketing efforts across social media and other platforms
• Drive customer service and sales with warmth and professionalism
• Foster a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere

✅ You Are:

• A certified yoga teacher (RYT 200+), with extensive teaching experience
• An experienced team leader and studio/retreat manager
• Passionate about yoga philosophy, self-growth, and community building
• Highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with content creation, social media, and marketing
• Sales- and customer-oriented with a warm and professional approach
• Committed and available to start by May 2025
