Hello everyone, my mission is to inspire deep heart connection—to help people truly give their heart a voice. I feel strongly called to co-create in spaces that foster transformation, whether through retreats, conscious events, heart-led communities, or coaching programs—as a facilitator or a dedicated team member.

Who I Am & What I Offer

I’m a retreat leader, heart-connection and food freedom coach, conscious dance facilitator, DJ, and space-holder. My coaching method, The Heart Inhabitants™, is inspired by NLP and Internal Family Systems, creating a deeply transformative experience.

I have:

• Organized and hosted seven retreats (Colombia, Germany, Bali)
• Led over 100 online and in-person events (women’s circles, heart dance journeys)
• A unique blend of empathy, creativity, and authentic connection
