Position: Operational Manager (Indonesian)
Location: Ubuntu Bali, Canggu
Employment: Full-Time (including weekends & holidays as needed)

Are you an organized, people-oriented leader with a passion for wellness, community, and sustainability? Ubuntu Bali is looking for a proactive and motivated Operational Manager to oversee our daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at our eco-yoga retreat center.

📌 Priority will be given to Indonesian candidates. Fluency in Bahasa is required.

What You’ll Do:

✨ Lead and coordinate daily operations across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, the garden, and our organic café
✨ Motivate and manage a team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
✨ Be the key contact for guests and retreat leaders, ensuring smooth and memorable stays
✨ Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience and optimize operations
✨ Handle administrative tasks, financial tracking, and vendor coordination
✨ Support and uphold our values of community, wellness, and sustainability

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 2-3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, wellness, or retreat operations
✔️ Strong leadership & communication skills to inspire and coordinate a team
✔️ A problem-solver & multi-tasker who takes initiative and sees opportunities
✔️ A people person who loves working with guests, staff, and the local community
✔️ Highly organized & detail-oriented, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
✔️ Passionate about wellness, yoga, and sustainable living (a bonus!)
