💰 Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 per month (tax-free) + accommodation included

Are you a passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor looking for an exciting opportunity in a brand-new, state-of-the-art studio? We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to guide clients through dynamic and engaging Pilates sessions while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Reformer Pilates sessions for all experience levels, from beginners to advanced clients.
✅ Provide personalized modifications and progressions to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
✅ Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and engagement.
✅ Collaborate with the team to create effective class schedules and uphold studio standards.
✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment.
✅ Stay up to date with the latest Pilates techniques and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (preferred)
🔹 Mat Pilates Instructors and Personal Trainers with a strong Pilates background are also encouraged to apply.
🔹 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
🔹 Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics as they relate to Pilates.
🔹 A deep passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals.
🔹 Prior experience in an international environment is a plus but not required.
