We’re a yoga lodge nestled in the serene mountains of Andalusia, and we’re searching for a passionate partner to join our team. This is a chance to learn the ins and outs of hosting yoga retreats while enjoying the beauty of Southern Spain.

What You’ll Do

• Teach Yoga: Lead classes and share your practice with small, intimate groups (4–8 participants).
• Prepare Plant-Based Meals: Rotate cooking responsibilities with the team to create nourishing dishes.
• Host Guests: Welcome and care for retreat participants alongside the lodge owner and a volunteer.
• Hike with Guests: Lead group hikes through stunning mountains or to the beach (you must be able to drive a van on mountain roads).
• Prepare the Space: Set up rooms, shop for groceries, and assist with pre-retreat preparations.
• Manage Social Media: Help run our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• Administrative Tasks: Support with organizational duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Yoga Certification: 200+ hours, with some teaching experience.
• Cooking Skills: Passion for creating plant-based, healthy meals.
• Driver’s License: Confident driving a van in the mountains.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle retreat logistics and admin tasks.
• Relational Skills: A love for hosting and making guests feel at home.
• Basic Excel Skills: For simple admin tasks.
• Social Media Savvy: Experience with Facebook and Instagram.

What You’ll Receive

• Accommodation: Private room in a cozy house, shared with a volunteer, just 1 minute from the main lodge.
• Meals: Enjoy group meals during retreats, and access a kitchen for self-catering outside retreat days.
• Cultural Experiences: Free time to explore Malaga, Granada, Ronda, and the natural beauty of Andalusia.
• Compensation: Approximately €850/month for EU citizens through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program.
