Job Description:

We are currently seeking a versatile and certified Yin and Restorative Yoga Teacher to join our team of wellness professionals. The ideal candidate will hold recognized certifications in both Yin and Restorative Yoga, demonstrating proficiency in guiding students through passive, long-hold poses for deep relaxation, and creating a nurturing practice utilizing props for restoration.

Responsibilities:

· Teaching Techniques: Employ effective teaching techniques to guide students through both Yin and Restorative Yoga practices.

· Alignment and Hands-on Adjustments: Provide precise alignment guidance and hands-on adjustments for Yin and Restorative Yoga poses.

· Specialized Yin and Restorative Practices: Instruct Yin Yoga poses, including the 26 Yin asanas, Yin Yoga for the upper body, Wall Yin, brief introduction for pregnancy, Yin Yoga Salutations (Mini, Moon & Cloud Salutations), and Pawanmuktasana series 1, 2 & 3. Additionally, lead Restorative Yoga sessions with a focus on effective use of props, hands-on adjustments, and alignment techniques.

· Human Anatomy and Physiology: Incorporate knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and fascial trains in both Yin and Restorative Yoga.

· Practice Teaching: Engage in practice teaching for both modalities, receive and give feedback, and observe others teaching Yin and Restorative Yoga.

· Assisting Students: Assist students during both Yin and Restorative Yoga sessions conducted by fellow instructors.

· Teaching Styles and Qualities: Discuss teaching styles, qualities of a teacher, voice projection, and floor presence applicable to both Yin and Restorative Yoga.

· Class Planning and Structuring: Plan and structure classes, considering different learning processes, safety precautions, and injury management for both modalities.

Required Skills:

· Proficient in teaching techniques, hands-on adjustments, and alignment for both Yin and Restorative Yoga.

· Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and fascial trains applicable to both modalities.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback for both practices.

Qualifications:

· Yin Yoga certification and Restorative Yoga certification from recognized institutions.

· Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in both Yin and Restorative Yoga.

Years of Experience: 2 years of relevant teaching experience.

Compensation:

· 3 Month of trial: 25,000 INR

· 4th Month Onward: 30,000 INR

Location: Multiple positions available in Goa, Gokarna, and Dharamshala.

Facilities: Accommodation and food included.

Expected Date of Joining: ASAP
