3. User Responsibilities and Employment Disclaimer
Wellsphere provides a platform for connecting Candidates with Opportunities but does not screen, verify, or endorse any Candidate, Opportunity, or Business Provider. Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence, background checks, and verifying any claims made by other users. Wellsphere is not an employer, recruiter, or agent for either Candidates or Business Providers. We do not oversee employment terms, contracts, or payments between parties. Any disputes between users must be resolved directly between them, and Wellsphere disclaims any liability for employment-related issues.
4. Use of Site Materials
All materials on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software ("Materials"), are the property of Wellsphere or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal purposes.
